 **For domestic & commercial boiler service our charges are for the first 3 appliances only and there is a £60 charge for each additional appliance after this. Back boilers with fire fronts are classed as 2 appliances.

Payment must be made in full by credit/debit card (3% transaction fee), cash to the engineer upon completion of works.

​

Surveys and certifications are payable on completion and any relevant forms will not be issued until full payment has been received.

Materials supplied  and / or used by AA Gas & Plumbing will be charged at a cost agreed with the customer in advance.

An invoice will always be produced clearly showing a full description of work carried out – time started/time finished, a breakdown of the cost of labour, the materials used and the amount of the time-spent onsite.

For larger or planned works, written quotations are available and can book an appointment for an estimator to assess your job.

Some estimates may incur a charge depending on the nature of the work, the area and the time of the appointment. Any charge made will be deducted from the final invoice if the estimated work is carried out by AA Gas & Plumbing.

On acceptance of your quote a deposit will be payable. AA Gas & Plumbing operate a 7 day cooling off period on all quotes. Should a quotation be cancelled after the 7 day cooling off period a minimum of 25% will be charged.

Cancellation notice of pre-booked jobs must be made by the client at least 48 hours in advance. After such period there is a late cancellation fee of £75 plus travelling charges and congestion charge (where applicable).
